John believes every garden tells a story about the family who tends it. “What I find exciting is getting back to basics, to really study a site, to get a feel for the light and the environment that was there originally, and then to translate that into a design for a nontraditional garden.”
With a special talent for teasing out the innate beauty of a landscape, John Beitel has almost 40 years experience — from landscape and garden design, to installation and maintenance. He works with his equally experienced team to ensure every project produces a unique and compelling encounter with the natural world.
